Our electroplating rectifier transformers deliver the steady, high-current low-voltage DC output that plating processes demand. Built around oversized copper windings, robust silicon rectifier stacks, and a precision tap-changer or thyristor control system, each unit is engineered for continuous-duty operation at full rated load — day after day, year after year.

We custom-build rectifier transformers from 200 A through 10,000 A in 6 V, 12 V, 18 V, and 24 V output configurations, with air- or oil-cooling depending on duty cycle and tank size. Every unit ships with integrated metering, output regulation, ripple smoothing, and protective interlocks. We handle the full design — from magnetic core sizing through panel manufacturing and on-site commissioning.
