Our crack detection machines deliver precise non-destructive testing of welds, castings, forgings, shafts, and machined components. Built around a heavy-duty bench frame with high-current magnetisation coil, headstock and tailstock clamping, and integrated UV inspection lighting, each system reveals surface and near-surface discontinuities that traditional inspection methods miss.

We design and manufacture the complete system in-house — power supply, magnetisation circuit, particle bath delivery, UV inspection canopy, and the control panel that ties them together. Every machine is sized to the component dimensions and throughput your QC line requires, with options for wet fluorescent, dry magnetic particle, and combined inspection workflows.
